1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging when possible.

- Items that are not in their original condition
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount (unless defective)
- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received (if required), we will process your refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
